Kenneth Lee Ruggles, 81, of Gulfport, Mississippi passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 at his residence.Mr. Ruggles was born December 11, 1937 in Huntington, West Virginia to John Robert Ruggles and Bertha Mae Johnson Ruggles. He was a retired Master Sergeant in the United States Army and a former United States Navy veteran. He was of the Catholic faith.
