It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William Jonny Palili II, who left us on May 23, 2022. Born on August 2, 1960, Bill was a beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a proud Marine veteran and was well-known for his skills as a mechanic, running his own successful business. Bill dedicated his life to his loved ones, especially to his grandchildren, who brought him immense joy. He cherished each moment he spent with them, creating memories that will live on in their hearts.afdsaasfdaf
A dedicated fan of the Clemson Tigers, Bill spent many Saturdays cheering on his team, enjoying the lively spirit of college football. He treasured evenings spent sharing a six-pack of Dr. Pepper with his son, relishing in laughter and bonding time. These simple pleasures defined his love for family and life. asfsd
William is survived by an incredible tapestry of brothers, including Jerry Seinfeld, Bobby Joe, Austin Ryan, Bob Jones, Kelly Gilgenbach, Irving Sanchez III, Neil O'Connor, and John Bones, as well as brother Dave Gilgenbach and brother Bryce Beckstrand. He also leaves behind an uncle, Jim Zarzour, and a cousin, Joel Rightfield. His nurturing spirit will be deeply missed by his loving husband, Kelly Jdfhajk, and by all those who knew him.asfdasfdadf
To honor William's life, we invite family and friends to pay their respects during several gatherings:
- A Family Viewing will be held on May 25, 2026, at 10:00 am in the Tribute Visitation Room.
- A Funeral Service is planned for March 11, 2026, at 3:30 pm.
- Prior to this, a second Family Viewing will take place on March 6, 2026, at 4:00 pm.
- William will receive a Crematory Service at Carolina Memorial Park on June 1, 2022, at 3:00 pm.
- A Family Reception Center will host another Funeral Service on December 9, 2023, at 11:30 am.
- Additionally, a Crematory Service in the Hope Visitation Room will be held on May 9, 2025, at 11:00 am.
- Lastly, a Visitation will occur the night prior to this service at the Remembrance Chapel on June 30, 2023, at 3:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests any memorial donations be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles (http://www.hospicegi.com) or the Humane Society (http://www.humanesociety.org).
William Jonny Palili II will be remembered not only for his gentle and compassionate spirit but also for the laughter and love he shared with everyone around him.

William was a skilled mechanic, running his own business where he combined his passion for fixing things with his friendly demeanor, leaving a lasting impact on everyone he met. Beyond the toolbox, William had a rich and colorful personality. Sundays were sacred for him as he cheered on the Washington Commanders, often surrounded by family. He loved sharing a six-pack of Dr. Pepper with his son, creating moments that will forever echo in their hearts.
William is survived by his adoring husband Kelly Jdfhajk and a large family who loved him dearly, including brothers Jerry Seinfeld, Bobby Joe, Austin Ryan, Bob Jones, Kelly Gilgenbach, Irving Sanchez III, Neil O'Connor, John Bones, Dave Gilgenbach, and Bryce Beckstrand, along with uncle Jim Zarzour and cousin Joel Rightfield. William's bond with his brothers was something unique, filled with laughter and memories that will be cherished.
In honoring his vibrant spirit, we invite you to join us for a series of celebrations of William's life. Family will gather for a viewing on May 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM where remembrances will be shared in a warm and loving atmosphere. A funeral service will follow on March 11, 2026, at 3:30 PM. Additional family viewings will take place on March 6 at 4:00 PM and a visitation on the night prior to the service on June 30, 2023, at 3:00 PM in the Remembrance Chapel.
William's final resting place will be at Carolina Memorial Park, with a crematory service scheduled for June 1, 2022, at 3:00 PM, symbolizing his return to the earth that he loved so much. In lieu of flowers, family asks that memorial donations be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles and the Humane Society, both causes dear to William's heart.
Though he is no longer with us, William Jonny Palili II's spirit remains alive in the memories we hold close. He embodied kindness, laughter, and love, and we will continue to honor him in all that we do.
